By creating an account or using Estate Assist (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Northline Standard, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).
Estate Assist is an estate administration guidance tool. It helps users organize documents, generate action plans, and draft correspondence related to estate settlement. The Service extracts information from uploaded documents, generates task lists, and produces template letters to assist with estate administration.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is owned by Northline Standard, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service.
Estate Assist is NOT a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisory firm, or tax preparation service. The Service provides informational guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@getestateassist.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
